Good News!! The city has eliminated street parking restrictions in Westwood Community 3. Residents are now able to park on the street overnight.

The city has also stated that if we reach the required amount of 80% in the above red outlined section of the neighborhood, they will move our street improvement date from 2029 to 2027, to be completed with the speed mitigation devices.

Beautification Project
Common Areas
We’ve begun enhancing the community’s common areas—an initiative strongly supported in last year’s feedback survey. The first phase was made possible through a beautification matching grant from the City of Tamarac, enabling the addition of privacy landscaping around the pool area and completion of the Tamarac sign planting space.
Next steps will be the clubhouse frontage.
